"I have done business with Heshy and Manhattan Sewing for over 13+ years now. I have purchased more than one sewing machine from them as well as having my sewing machines tuned up over the years. I sew, quilt and embroider so I enjoy many different machines. The store owner is an honest and sincere business man. He will not sell you a machine just to make a sale; he will sell you a machine that works for your personal needs and will give you the best price he possibly can. He will spend time getting to understand your sewing needs and goals. There is really no reason to price shop when shopping at Manhattan Sewing as you know you are getting the best product at the lowest price possible. In addition, service is their middle name. They will always make sure you as the customer are happy. They stand behind their product and I personally find it very comforting knowing sewing machines are their core business. I am a huge and loyal fan. I go no where else, ever!"

"Heshy, the man I rely on, other than my husband LOL, I have known for close to 10 years. I have bought 2 sewing machines from Manhattan Sewing, one is a sewing machine only and one is an embroidery/sewing machine. I could not be happier with the machines and with the continued service i receive from Manhattan Sewing. Why I buy from Manhattan Sewing is simply one reason- there is the "no pressure approach". The owner of the store, Heshy was patient with me as I did not really know what I needed to buy and he explained everything to me. He was able to show me the serger and demo it for me and in addition spent all the time I needed to feel comfortable making the purchase. I have continued to go to his store when I need to buy something as a gift and being a very savvy consumer myself I can tell you there are no better prices in town. "I was recommended to Manhattan Sewing by a friend of mine as I had an older machine that stopped running. I met Heshy and he was so nice to me and I felt totally comfortable leaving my very loved sewing machine with him (which was difficult for me) for repair.
